McAdams Graphics / ALjAN Packaging CEO and Chairman Gerald McAdams announces a senior leadership change as part of the company’s overall succession planning process to position the company for continued success.
In January, McAdams Graphics / ALjAN Packaging hired Maureen Powers as President, to lead their strategic growth initiative focused on brand, marketing, and operational enhancements.
Powers has a demonstrated track record of leading strategic brand and marketing initiatives for financial services, agencies, and print manufacturing organizations. She joins McAdams / ALjAN to continue managing the company’s current print and packaging business, while positioning the company for accelerated growth, redefining the company’s value proposition, and rebranding to include an expanded product portfolio as a result of recent investments.
Powers stated: “I am excited to join the McAdams organization and honored that they have entrusted me to develop, implement and lead their growth strategy, while continuing to re-enforce and deliver exceptional customer service. My priority is to ensure the company is positioned for continued success.”
Gerald McAdams is thrilled to find an industry veteran to help lead the company to the next phase of the McAdams legacy. Maureen’s customer centric approach and leadership style will maintain the core values of the organization while expanding the company’s reach and doing what Gerald always loved – giving the customers the best products and services to help them achieve their goals.
Gerald McAdams will stay active in the strategic side of the business by retaining the CEO / Chairman title working with the Board of Directors and Maureen to make sure McAdams / ALjAN has a strong strategic roadmap and succession plan in place, while continuing to provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
McAdams Graphics was founded in 1984 and is a leader in personalized print production. ALjAN Packaging was started in 2014 to expand McAdams services to the label and flexible packaging markets.
